This is Rufus and Tifa. There has been one fanfic that just *whistles*... Do a search for a fic called Captive Audience by Angelofdeath10 on Fanfiction.net. Her take on the couple I thought was fantastic. I never could see these two ever in a gazillion million years getting together au or not.
